The truth has finally been exposed: Prosperity Automated System (PAS) is a $15 million scam!

PAS is an automated marketing system that promises its members to magically build the downlines for them. But the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said that such a business model is doomed to fail.

The SEC is now in the process of shutting down 25,000 websites that were fronts for an MLM downline buiding scam, accusing operators of running a $15-million pyramid scheme that used a “Pyramid downline” building scam.

An SEC enforcement official said that websites that come with the memberships do nothing but sell more memberships, and this is what PAS is based on.

So what is the lesson learnt here? Stay away from automated downline builder programs that say: "We build your downlines for you!" Run. Fast.
